At RueRuA, every fragrance begins with thoughtful ingredient selection. Rooted in Korean sensibility, we work with trusted suppliers to source carefully selected, high-quality oils from Korea, France, other parts of Europe, and Africa. These diverse origins enrich our palette, allowing us to create fragrances with depth, character, and a distinct sense of place.

We choose our oils for the qualities they bring to each composition—from the first impression to the notes that linger on the skin. Each ingredient plays a part in translating our inspirations, memories, and stories into scent.

All RueRuA fragrance oils are formulated without phthalates, including diethyl phthalate (DEP). This is a deliberate part of our approach to formulation, alongside the care we put into sourcing and hand-pouring our fragrances.

We believe the ingredients behind a fragrance deserve as much consideration as the story it tells. That is why we value transparency and welcome questions about the materials we use.
